7 Special Use Permit – Medical Lab: 15308 Cavalier Canyon Dr. Consider a request from XYZ Molecular Diagnostic Lab Consulting, LLC, the agent for the owner of the property located at 15308 Cavalier Canyon Drive (Lake Oak Estates, Block 1, Lot 4), for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a medical laboratory at this location.
8 Final Plat: 15617 Flint Rock Rd. Consider a request from Carlson, Brigance and Doering, the agent for Hillsong Development LLC, the owner of approximately 25.949 acres of land located at the intersection of Flint Rock Road and Wild Cherry Drive and addressed as 15617 Flint Rock Road, for approval of a Final Plat for a development to be known as Hillsong.
9 Ordinance Amendment: PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District amendment. Consider a request from city staff to amend the language for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning to clarify approval verbiage and append the code to add preliminary plan deadlines.
10 Ordinance Amendment: C-1 (Office/Retail) and C-2 (Commercial/Light Industrial) Zoning Districts amendments. Consider a request from city staff to amend the language for C-1 (Office/Retail) and C-2 (Commercial/Light Industrial) zoning to allow medical offices to be a permitted use by right.
11 Ordinance Amendment: R-5 (Condominium) Zoning District reinstatement. Consider a request from city staff to amend the language for R-5 (Condominium) zoning to clarify that it is an allowable and active zoning district.
12 Ordinance Amendment: R-8 (Multifamily) and Establishment of New Zoning District: R-9 (High Density Multifamily) Zoning District. Consider a request from city staff to amend the language for R-8 multifamily zoning to designate it as medium density, and to append new language in the code to establish a new zoning district of R-9 (High Density Multifamily Residential).
