Consider a request from Jon Petters on behalf of Frank Hanson, the owner of approximately 1.15 acres of land located at 813 RR 620 South (Cardinal Hills Unit 4, Lots 19&20 and ABS 738 SUR 2 SUHALZER F ACRE .458), for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a car wash.

9 Variance – Sign Package: Lakeway Town Center. Consider a request from Tom DeCicco, owner of Lakeway Town Center 1, located at 2422 RR 620 S and Lakeway Town Center 2, located at 2121 Lohmans Crossing Rd, for a sign package amendment for the commercial business parks.
10 Ordinance Amendment: Home Occupation. Consider a request to amend the Lakeway Municipal Code language of Article 30.05 Special Use Permits to include Sections 30.05.002 (Special Use Permits), 30.05.003 (General criteria applicable to all special uses), and 30.05.004 (Criteria applicable to individual home occupation permits).
