Consider a request from Carlson, Brigance & Doering, LLC, on behalf of Mike Torbett, the Lakeway Airpark representative, of approximately .5 acres of land located at 115 Flying Scot (Lot 1 Lakeway Airpark Sub. ABS 2099, SUR 46 CEPI&M Co. ACR.027), for approval of a Special Use Permit to add and operate two personal hangars.

17 ORDINANCE NO. 2022-04-18-01 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAKEWAY, TEXAS AMENDING TITLE I: GENERAL ORDINANCES; CHAPTER 16: PUBLIC WAYS AND PLACES; ARTICLE 16.05: POLITICAL SIGNS ON CITY PROPERTY; SECTION 16.05.004: REMOVAL OF PERMITTED POLITICAL SIGNS ON CITY PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING FOR PENALTY, SEVERABILITY, REPEALER, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
