9 Special Use Permit – Car Wash: 1501 RR 620 S. Consider a request from Pape-Dawson Engineers on behalf of the owner, Sebrac Associates, LLC, of approximately 2.074 acres of land located at 1501 RR 620 South, for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a car wash.
10 PUD Amendment: Tuscan Village PUD. Consider a request from Carlson, Brigance and Doering, agent for the owners, HSD-Lakeway Holdings, LTD, of approximately 17.462 acres of land located northwest of Lohmans Spur and Lohmans Crossing Rd (Lot 4 Lakeway MUD E5 Tank – Phase 2), for an amendment to Section 2 of the Tuscan Village PUD.
11 Final Plat: The Enclave at Lohmans. Consider a request from Carlson, Brigance & Doering, Inc. the agent for the owners, HSD Lohmans Partners, LP, of approximately 20.106 acres for a final plat of The Enclave at Lohmans Phase 2.
