8 Special Use Permit – 1101 Ranch Road 620 North. Consider a request from Drenner Group, PC, the agent for the owner of approximately 1.3684 acres of land located at 1101 Ranch Road 620, N (Lots 37 and 38, Cardinal Hills Estates, Unit 11), for a Special Use Permit to operate an automobile gallery/private car club at this location.
9 Ordinance Amendment: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWAY, TEXAS REGARDING WITHDRAWAL OF ZONING APPLICATIONS; AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES AT TITLE II (BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS); CHAPTER 30 (ZONING); ARTICLE 30.08, (AMENDMENTS); SECTION 30.08.002 (PROCEDURE TO INITIATE A CHANGE); AND PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS, SEVERABILITY, REPEALER, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
