AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY OF LAKEWAY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-01-27-02, LAKEWAY HEIGHTS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) APPROXIMATELY 13.366 ACRES OF LAND DESCRIBED AS 15115 KOLLMEYER DRIVE; AND PROVIDING FOR: FINDINGS OF FACT; SEVERABILITY; REPEALER; EFFECTIVE DATE; AND PROPER NOTICE AND MEETING.
8 Special Use Permit – 251 Highlands Blvd. Consider request from Vincent Gerard & Associates, on behalf of the Lakeway Municipal Utility District, the owners of approximately 7.287 acres of the approximate 38.774 acres of land listed as TCAD property ID 423274, adjacent to 251 Highlands Boulevard, for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a Cellular Tower.
9 Special Use Permit – 900 Ranch Rd 620 S, Bldg. A, Ste 100. Consider a request from Kevin & Andrea Stearns, the tenant of 900 RR 620 S, Bldg A, Ste 100, for a Special Use Permit to operate Scenthound Lakeway, pet grooming, at this location.
10 View Blocking Determination – 225 Corinthian. A request from Casa Di Corleone LLC, the owners of the property located at 225 Corinthian (Lakeway Section 2, Lot 247), for a view blocking determination for a new home to replace the existing home which burned down. The height of the proposed structure is represented by a pole erected on the property.
