8 Special Use Permit – 251 Highlands Blvd: Consider a request from Vincent Gerard & Associates, on behalf of the Lakeway Municipal Utility District, the owners of approximately 4.182 acres of land listed as TCAD property ID 438718, at approximately 251 Highlands Boulevard, for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a Cellular Tower.
9 Special Use Permit – 801 RR 620 S: Consider a request from Blue Bonnet Massage, the tenant of the owner of 801 Ranch Road 620 South, Suite 202, for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a massage business, Blue Bonnet Massage, at this location.
10 Special Use Permit – 100 Birrell Street: Consider a request from DAK Property Partners, LLC, the agent for the owner of 100 Birrell Street, for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a Valvoline oil change facility with a drive-thru at this location.
