9 Special Use Permit – 1213 RR 620 S. Suite 101. Consider a request from Rodney Smith, owner of West & Co. Salon, LLC, the tenant of the owner of 1213 RR 620 S, Suite 101 for approval of a Special Use Permit to operate a hair salon at this location.
10 2026 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP UPDATE.
