Final Plat: Oaks at Lakeway. Consider a request from Stratus Lakeway Center, LLC, the owner of approximately 90.7 acres of land located 1900 RR 620 South, for approval of a final plat of the subject property.
Agreement: Janis A. Barlow & Associates. Approve an agreement with Janis A. Barlow & Associates to perform a feasibility analysis and market assessment for a conference and or event center, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
Contract: Explorer & Brooks Hollow Drainage Improvement Project. Award the Explorer & Brooks Hollow Drainage Improvement Project to low bidder Joe Bland Construction, and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Joe Bland Construction, and authorize the use of money from the Capital Reserve Fund to fund the project.
Permanent Irrigation Easement: Portion of the right-of-way of Serene Hills Drive. Approve a Permanent Irrigation Easement for a portion of the right-of-way of Serene Hills Drive, granting Travis County Water Control and Improvement District #17 permission to install, operate, and maintain a water system to irrigate the right-of-way with treated wastewater effluent.
Zoning Request: 318 Acres North & West of State Highway 71 & Bee Creek Rd. Consider a request for zoning of approximately 318.2 acres of land located immediately north and west of State Highway 71 and Bee Creek Road.
